Orange Group launches SuperApp for Ivory Coast

In Ivory Coast, the Orange Group (OCI) has launched ‘Max it,’ a SuperApp offering an improved all-in-one experience.

The advent of Max it is about opening a new era in the digitalization of Orange offers and services. One of the first innovations lies in the accessibility of Max it to non-Orange customers, by download, via links or QR codes, reported Habib Bamba, director of Digital and Media Transformation at OCI.

The new Max it integrates a marketplace including e-commerce, lifestyle, ticketing, and digital event management, among others. It also allows access to a host of national and international daily content and services. Users can access orange money and orange bank services, for example, make merchant payments with QR, with bonus cash back, take out TIK-TAK loans, get Orange Bank Visa cards.

“The customer experience will now become very fluid, very simple, inclusive, secure, fluid, optimal for our customers,” said Ferdinand Tra, director of customer experience.
