This innovative solution complements the company's existing digital services and aims to help Moroccan organisations automate and enhance their operational processes through advanced natural language processing, real-time analytics, and content generation.
According to Orange Morocco’s official website, Live Intelligence is designed to enable companies of all sizes to automate routine tasks such as writing, summarising, and information search, as well as seamlessly incorporate AI into their internal workflows and business tools. This move aligns with the broader industry trend of leveraging digital technologies to drive productivity and economic growth.
Orange Morocco already provides a broad portfolio of connectivity solutions, including high-speed internet, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications, and smart services such as Fleet management, Fax, and Messaging solutions for businesses. The operator also offers cybersecurity services like Business Internet Security, DDoS protection, device management, and Micro-SOC. Furthermore, the company partners with global cloud providers Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver cloud hosting and data centre services.
The expansion into AI-powered platforms reflects a strategic focus on diversifying revenue streams amid slow growth in traditional telecom revenues. Industry studies, such as a GSMA report published in September 2025, estimate the global B2B telecom market potential at over $400 billion — around 35% of current mobile sector revenues. In Morocco, Orange reported revenues of €810 million for fiscal year 2024, with €675 million generated in the first nine months of 2025, underscoring its significant role in the local economy and the growth opportunities presented by digital innovation.
